HALLO (:

finally it's about time for a proper update!

well, im very nicely settled into College Square in my apartment ((: this is like waaay better than staying in palmerston last year! :D oh apart from the whole deal with cooking.. which i will catch on soon.. promise. haha

enrolment into uni was last thurs and first day of orientation was ytd. uh suffice to say, i will not be going anymore till school starts proper. im okay, just need to get my bearings and anyway everything i need to know is online i just gotta be not lazy and read it so yeah (:

im very pleased to say that my room looks like my room. like if ppl came in, it wouldnt look like some random room or anything. posters/pictures/presents/cards are up on the walls, my table is cluttered with stuff alr haha, beanbag's in a corner, guitar's in the opposite corner, bedside tables are dumped with books/bodybutter/bottles/etcetc.. love it! :D
i will post a picture one day when im not so lazy and when it's not so late at night, or early in the morning haha

oh oh!
I HAVE A LANDLINE NOW!
haha expect calls now ppl! :D
and my internet is working.. except for silly msn Again. fainted. pray that it becomes okay!!

so the days are still long, and (well for me) lazy (: this part of summer's the best! it's cool enough, but there's still so much daylight. and it's definitely not boring anymore, thanks to last year! plus living in college square has perks like you can visit your neighbours any time :D

a fun fact:
if some of you rmb, i complained to no end about econs last year right. but in the New Generation BA, you have to take 2 Breadth subjects which are like contrasting to most subjects you take. guess what mine are. BOTH are commerce subjects. sighh fainted.
definitely gotta do sth about that. dunno what i was thinking when i chose.

but my other subjects for this semester are
democracy (scott says it's sth like political science so that should be cool!)
philosophy, history & economics
psychology - mind, brain, body
managing people and organisations

and my semester2 subs are all sth like that. when my dad heard he was like "huh totally no math or science at all?? wow this generation is so different." haha considering that my mum has like some degree in math or sth, and my dad has an engineering degree - both super maths/science and im completely arts it's quite interesting eh.
except i have no idea what i wanna do that's why it's soo broad. oh well, God will reveal in time to come (:

and it's true i can't go on without you
your smile makes me see clear
if you could only see in the mirror
what i see

and i know you may be scared
and i know we're unprepared
but i dont care

so until next time,

<3
