Some people live for the fortune
Some people live just for the fame
Some people live for the power
Some people live just to play the game



do u ever wonder how you will be remembered?
very morbid indeed, but worth a thought.


will people remember you for the grades you got?

Some people think that the physical things
Define what's within
And I've been there before
But that life's a bore
So full of the superficial




will you be remembered as THAT talented musician,
or the girl whom everbody loved,
the guy who loved everyone?


will they call you that christian dude,
or that geek?


when they stand in front of ur grave,
do they see a friend, or a foe?
(not that a foe would be expected at ur funeral)


Some people want diamond rings
Some just want everything
But everything means nothing
If I ain't got you



what do you want to remembered by?



what is it that defines a person,
what makes for the memories?




do they remember that she smiled all day,
or that he brooding face was hard to bear?



Some people search for a fountain
The promises forever young
Some people need three dozen roses
And that's the only way to prove you love them



will her love for life be remembered?
or will his zeal for learning?



will people look back and think of his benevolence,
or will they see her charity?


will they know he was good in english,
or that he failed his math?



Hand me a world on a silver platter
And what good would it be?
With no one to share, with no one who truly cares for me




we never ever think about it,
cos no one expects to die tomorrow.
