haha alright nvm all good things must come to an end i suppose. just that why must we reach the end so fast??
well needless to say this has been a fantastic trip. i think i can safely say this is one of the best i've ever been on. seriously. haha mostly cos it was with friends in a western country. yep =)
this has really been such an enriching experience.. i mean we went to manchester lake district stratford-upon-avon oxford shropshire winchester and london! ahh.. i prefered the literary aspects of the trip.. yeah like visiting wordsworth's home in grasmere(lake district) and shakespeare's many homes with colourful history in stratford and jane austen's home and burial place in winchester cathedral.. literary giants of the past! amazing man (:
oh and of course there were the trips to stonehenge to view the magnificent stones n warwick castle! ah rolling down the green slopes were absolutely the best..
the museums and all were pretty cool too, but im not so much of a museum person but their displays were very nice. holocaust museum, natural history museum and the british museum were very informative and rather interesting actually..
oh oh and the PLAYS! we watched 'A Midsummer Nights' Dream', 'Les Miserables' and 'Fame'! ahh there's a female drummer in fame! =)) n it was so cool. all the dance moves and musical stuff.. i cried so much in les mis too.. uhh the first one was pretty.. boring. yeah and it was hardly understandable. oh well (:
we got to try a little bit of acting and a little geog with river studies too.. yep and a tour of london's oldest theatre: Theatre Royal Drury Lane. haha the tour guides were really funny =)
i love the whole trip
