Father hear my prayer
i need the perfect words
words that he will hear
and know they're straight from You
i don't know what to say
i only know it hurts
to see my only friend
slowly fade away

so maybe this time
i'll speak the words of life
with Your fire in my eyes
but that whole familiar fear
is tearing at my words
what am i so afraid of
cos here i go again

talking about the rain
and unimportant things
that won't live past today
as the days are out of truth
time is not his friend
this might be my last chance
to tell him that You love him
but here i go again

Lord You love him so
You gave Your only son
if he will just believe
he will never die
but how then will he know
when he has never heard
Lord he has never seen mirrored in my life

yeahh good friday and easter's just over.. the day our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ selflessly gave His life up for the likes of us.. sinful, ungrateful, violent and just basically evil and undeserving people.. to wash us clean.. to take our pain and hurt and burdens away from us when He died on the cross for no better reason than to let us go to Heaven to be with his Father. as the nails pierced His hands.. as the spears poked through His sides.. as the crown of thorns pressed deep into His scalp.. as He practically bled to death hanging there.. He was thinking about us. no greater love has a man than this: that He lay His life down for His friends

had x-games yesterday.. i'll never look at bananas in the same way! haha. well. another week in school. brilliant. more tests to fail.. more assignments to completely not understand.. haha loving it. i have another chem test to do badly in tomorrow. maybe putting a computer in my room wasn't such a hot idea. oh well. i'm practically going at everything doggedly. again. for what? honestly. what? oh and SAs.. fantastic man.. haha..
what keeps me going?
