havent updated in soo long.. i'll post again abt bintan n wad not some time in d weekend! anyway. doing my lit report now.. n its realli rather interesting.. learnt quite a bit of stuff frm my text. haha anyway here's a quote. its lyk d only one tt stuck in my head, and with good reason too. here it is :

"i thought to myself: the majority, i have the majority! and let me tell you friends, that it was a grand feeling. because that's the reason i came back to this place of my birth. i wanted to give my education to the town. i loved it so, ...(then blah blah)... so that we might meet people from all over the world and learn from them and become broader and more civilized. in other words, more like Men, more like A People. ...(then some other stuff)... i am a revolutionist! i am in revolt against the old-age lie that the majority is always right! and more! i tell you now that the majority is always wrong! and in this way! was the majority right when they stood while Jesus was crucified? was the majority right when the refused to believe that the earth moved around the sun and let Galileo be driven to his knees like a dog? it takes fifty years for the majority to be right. the majority is never right until it does right.

haha alright tts so random larh. but i dunno it kinda struck home when i read tt.. lyk we're always jus following wad everyone else does.. (well most of us anyway) but wad if we need to take a stand? will we be able to do it? i dunno if i could mann.. haha oh well. update again soon! ;)
